The Easy Way to Stop Smoking by Allen Carr

So I went batshit crazy on Chantix on day 6. Stopped and have picked up Allen Carr’s Easy Way to Stop Vaping and Easy Way to Stop Smoking. I finished the latter. I put my last cigarette/vape out an hour ago.
Has anyone else used this method?

Chantix for six months worked for me along with sunflower seeds and toothpicks.

The female dr walked In to my mom's hospital room after she passed out at home and had a seizure. She asked my mother if she smoked. When my mom said yes, she said "Aww honey, not any more." That's all it took after 50 years of trying and failling.

Used to fricking chain vape like a fiend. It truly is a 3 day “death” for the little monster. I can say I’ve never craved another hit of nicotine after that 3 day window after reading Carr. It’s the best way to frame your mind because it really is EASY.

I quit smoking/dipping 15 years ago. If my pussy arse can do it, none of y’all have any excuse. Sunflower seeds are your friend

I read his book on how to quit drinking and I won’t say it was 100% what made me stop but it definitely put me in the right mindset to. Went 1 year and 10 months without a drink before having wine while on vacation in Spain in November. Back 2 months dry since then. Decided to limit my drinking to vacations
His one on smoking is more famous and effective but his drinking one is great as well and helped a lot

cocaine got me off cigarettes, just do small bump when you feel the urge to light one.

Not smoking, but smokeless tobacco. ‘Ole sawbones told me I was gonna die really soon, so I quit. Just quit 5-6 yrs ago, no pills, no vaping. Just quit a 40 year habit cold arse turkey, ‘cause I didn’t want to die…

Chantix made quitting extremely easy for me. Pack a day for more than a decade and a couple weeks or months on Chantix and I just stopped.

I haven't had a cig in 10 days. Longest I've gone in years, and I did it cold turkey this time. I tried to read Easy Way to Stop Smoking, but I couldn't finish it. Not well written. Hope it works for you, OP. Best of luck
