I retired from FedGov in 2016. Management was like a progressive DEI cult. It was sickening watching those losers operate in their bubble of group think.
It wasn’t that way back when my career started during the George HW Bush administration. It had many good, patriotic people who were conservatives in their views. It started to change under Clinton. Clinton put lesbians in as much as he could. Obama was all blacks. It became very open about them wanting SWM out and they weren’t bashful about it.

As a mid level fed gov manager I could very much see this being true for upper management such as department heads and deputy secretaries types in Washington.
