Awesome victory & shot of the year by K Gilbert to win!

Forget Notre Dame and football! Let's focus on something positive for LSU

Blowing an 18 point 2nd quarter lead because the other team was obviously in better physical shape was concerning.

They have a 10 deep rotation and they were subbing every 3-4 minutes while nonstop pressing the entire game, that’s their style of play.

It should have been a bigger win but a top 20 win on the road in conference play is still a success. It’s hard to win on the road. Next two games are Vandy and Florida, they should roll into the SC game 5-0 in SEC play and 20-0 overall

It’s a big win but I’ve noticed that issue all season it’s just it doesn’t matter with a 40 point lead

357... you hit the nail on the head...

Tennessee last game vs OU was the same way... big lead for OU and Tenn came back to tie and lost.

A win is a win, especially on the road in the SEC with so many great teams.

That inbound pass from Tennessee in the last second was a thing of beauty. Too bad, the girl in the paint couldn't finish the shot. The Vols are legit this year!!

I still can't believe that LSU is only the second team to win 3 consecutive games at Tennessee. MSU was the first to do it. Pat Summit really was something.

Negative Nancies always lurking. Too hard to enjoy the win. They were playing in TN.

On the road, another big win. IF we knock down 3's just a little more consistently, we'll finish this season right where we want to be. 1-8 was good enough last night, but we'll need to be better in bigger games. I loved CKM watching the last sequence with just her hands on her hips, no screaming or jumping around. Drive, shot, & good.
She is as cool as the other side of the pillow.

While something to note, I don’t think there is another team in the top 30 that is gonna gameplan like that. Or have the resources to pull it off even if they did. Tenn is legit 10-11 players deep and numerous players that are all tall and lanky that fit that style of play. I wouldn’t want to play them in the NCAAs, especially if you got them in round 2 or 4 just for the reason of having to play that tenn press on the backend of playing 2 games in three days.

I’m more concerned that we still seem to have an issue losing three point shooters all the time. We jump at pump fakes on the perimeter way too much still. We looked better on dribble penetration d.

It was a good win that shouldn’t have come down to one shot.
