The amount of lessons not learned from PG&E (repeatedly,) actual wildfires, etc., is amazing. OMG, we won't let the utility charge enough to replace equipment in the middle of the woods, REEEE, fire!
The environmentalists will start talking about a fantastic return to nature soon, I'm sure. I wonder if anyone is measuring the particulates, and carbon being dumped into the air.
