Joe Brady for president

I'm not excited about him either and after listening to the Locked on NFL podcast about ben Johnson I'm not really excited about him either.
Neither one of these guy are apparently motivators but more or x's and o's scheme guys.
Perfect for coordinators but rarely works out as HC's
Give me a hair on fire motivator that the the player rally around and that has connection to hire the X's and O's guys to scheme and day of the week for HC. I guess nowadays that's cammed a CEO-HC in the NFL.

We are not getting one of the top tier coaches. That isn’t happening. Take a chance on a younger guy and hope it works out.

So because a couple of pundits on “locked on nfl” throw out that the two young coordinators aren’t motivators it must be true right?
Seems more like they need a counter narrative for Ben Johnson to keep it somewhat interesting.
I’m sure Andy Reid wasn’t the world’s best motivator either when he was an OC. Was Payton?
By in large I think most offensive guys are going to be more of the play caller type as opposed to the rah rah type coach. There are different ways to be aggressive and motivating without running around like a dumbass.

It’s being spouted that some podcasting dweebs are knocking him down due to not being a “motivator”

With our roster of old players and the horrendous salary cap issues this is what we should hope for.

I'd rather take a chance on him than watch him eventually succeed somewhere else

Sounds like a perfect recipe to get a guy like Ed Orgeron instead of Mike Mcdaniel

Joe Brady is the biggest empty bag ever to be mentioned as a potential NFL HC. It's not even close!!! He has ZERO extensive experience coaching much less leading any org or team.
William & Mary (2013–2014)
Linebackers coach
Penn State (2015–2016)
Graduate assistant
New Orleans Saints (2017–2018)
Offensive assistant
LSU (2019)
Passing game coordinator & wide receivers coach
Carolina Panthers (2020–2021)
Offensive coordinator
Buffalo Bills (2022–2023)
Quarterbacks coach
Buffalo Bills (2023)
Interim offensive coordinator
Buffalo Bills (2024–present)

LOL
Coach O was a motivator but a different kind. One that college players connected with. Coach O was a clown and that doesn't work well at a high level in the NFL.

The coach isn’t going to matter given the roster constraints. shite when we don’t resign Chase Young and Juwan Johnson add another $16M dead cap for 2025.
