it's probably not their first time watching the movie, but it might be for some. the Interstellar reactions are always pretty good.

If you have ADD or ADHD, may not want to watch the below video since it's a mashup of a bunch of different channels. But seeking each one out can be entertaining.

The ones where our urban friends listen to stuff like the Bee Gees, Queen or "In the Air Tonight" by Phil Collins allegedly for the first time are always amusing.

Yea. Allegedly. I watched them for a second until I couldn't stand the obvious overacting anymore. And for the comedy reactions, the hosts will pause at the worst times and step on jokes, that's if they even understand the jokes at all. Most times, they don't.

There are still two stoner black guys I watch every once in a blue moon only because I can tell they're genuine.

allegedly

Key word. Most are fake as shite.

You have to get into some off brand shite to find real reactions, IMHO.

Music Teacher Reacts: Wagakki Band - Homura (Live) is legitimate, IMHO, for example.

The best are the armature musicians who claim they’ve never heard the most famous songs and bands ever. Those crack me up.

Drumeo. You're a pop/rock drummer and have never heard Bulls On Parade?

Some of those I get it. Jazz Drummers who’ve never heard Tool is believable. But some of them are literally friends with the bands they pretend to not know songs from. It’s silly

The first one of these I remember is the brothers reacting to “in the air” and losing their shite at the drum drop. It was fun. I don’t think that one was fake and before it became a thing. They were both urban teenagers so I get having not heard that.

Another good one is people hearing Hurt by Cash the first time.

If you go back about 4-5 years they’re a bit more genuine than modern overacting ones.

I love black guys reacting to rock. Those are popular right now

Hearing old Metallica, Slayer, Slipknot, Korn, Rage, Tool

They are hilarious

No, 99% of them are fake, overacted, and even then they're boring and gives some over the top laborious breakdown of whatever they're watching. Hurts my soul that people even give them clicks let alone share them.

Grifters.....no thanks.....get a real job that doesn't pretend you've never heard of Star Wars.

There’s sort of a spin off to this where musicians “play along with songs they’ve never heard”….saw one the other day where a famous black drummer was playing along to Enter Sandman. Says he had never heard it. Of course it’s a simple song, but he nailed every punch. Just no.

I think that may be the same music teacher that did Roll the Bones by Shakey Graves. It looked genuine to me.

I used to rabbit hole the music reaction videos, I probably can remember the most popular channels, but I’ve gotten away from that.

I’ve shifted to rabbit holing buskers and amateur type performers, asking people to sing on the street, etc. Much more genuine than OMG I’ve never heard of Elvis type nonsense.

The best ones were when Rich Men North of Richmond came out, and all the black reaction channels reviewed it.

That was when I realized that the political worm was turning.

Most of them suck. Are fake and filled with “oh my god what’s that?” Every. 5 seconds.

I do like OctoKrool because they seem legitimate and actually talk about whichever movie they are watching in detail, and dissect the plot themes etc.
