What happened in the west in the 90s and 00s that weak leaders became popular?

I’m unfamiliar but why is it especially in the early to late 00s that so many weak leaders came to power and became the standard up until recently.
Women like Merkel or men like Trudeau who welcomed terrorist into their countries. Who put foreigners over their own citizens and seen it as their responsibility to make their people suffer to uplift those who believe you should be dead.
People like Obama who constantly cowered to the evil men of the world and saw America’s power and strength as something that shouldn’t be flexed but make ourselves appear smaller to not insult weak countries.
Why did the west suddenly start looking for School teachers types to be leaders. Weak people scared to say what they mean and do what best for their nation. That believed uplifting those from across the world was more important than helping your fellow countrymen?

The Soviet Union was no more, so strong wartime leaders weren’t seen as necessary. The optimism and wealth of the dot com bubble and pax Americana produced an almost utopian sense that prosperity and progress were inevitable and that we were living at the start of a golden age.

Just my theory that part of it began much earlier than that by infecting the education system

The same thing that has happened in Hollywood. It’s people trying to eliminate masculinity and strength. We want to be told that 120lb men like Timothy Chalemain (I have no idea how to spell) or women are the people that show strength.

All of this, and I would add to it that the 80s saw the brunt of Boomers moving into the workforce. The 90s, therefore, was a time when they began getting seniority and more autonomy in their fields. This becomes important when looking at the fields of journalism and education where they would eventually become entrenched and push further and further left philosophies.

These people were groomed by the Globalist cabal to be put in positions of power and influence to weaken the West from within. This plan has been playing out for centuries and is inextricable from end times prophecy. Everything that we witness on the world stage is totally scripted according to a playbook. Prophecy is just a playbook script being played out.
