Unfortunately the majority of people that would buy the team would move it out of New orleans

Be careful what you wish for. It’s a miracle New Orleans even has a team. I think a new owner finds a way to move the team to a larger market sooner than later

The NFL isn't going to risk losing having the ability for Nola to host Super Bowls. Some are so simple minded.

The NfL doesn’t need New Orleans for Super Bowls. They want teams to build new stadiums to host them. They’d make more money by moving the team to a larger media market. Whether that is San Antonio, San Diego, Mexico City, Toronto or London.

Likely buyer would be a private equity firm who would squeeze the city and state for all it’s worth then move the team anyway.

New Orleans has 10 Super Bowls & this Super Bowl will make #11 tying Miami for the city for most times hosting the big game. The NFL regularly mentions the amount of hotels, the vicinity of the hotels to the Superdome & the city's ability & history of handling major events.

The Cowboys & Texans owners would block any move to San Antonio. San Diego lost the Chargers because of the refusal to build a new stadium. Mexico City, Toronto & London will never be options.

Too many security issues for Mexico City to host a full NFL schedule of regular season games. Also, good luck getting Mexico to dedicate funds to a football only stadium. They can't even get the turf right for the single yearly games that they host.

Canada's economy is in the shitter. There's no way the local government can currently meet the NFL strict financial demands to have a franchise.

The NFLPA would never be on board for having a franchise in London. It's too much of disadvantage for a franchise travel wise for road games & vice versa especially for west coast teams.
