Massie is a national treasure.
I wish he was president.

I live in Mike Johnson’s district and I strongly agree with Massie, even after voting for Mike Johnson.
He’s a spineless jellyfish, easily manipulated, and way too eager to send more money to Ukraine.

For the down voters… why?

Massie has consistent principles that I respect. But he’s a hindrance to accomplishing anything this term with this narrow of a majority.

Mike Johnson is not the person we need as Speaker. shite’s about to be dicey for the next two years, I at least want our Speaker to have a vertebrae and be fully on board with Trump’s agenda.
I hope he proves me wrong but I’m not seeing it.

I’m no Johnson fan. He has proven to be another rhino. But who is an acceptable republican with the votes as an alternative? At this point it’s him by default unless someone else can get a majority of votes.

Massie is a fraud. He’s all Libertarian until his crappy congressional district in Kentucky wants every form of government cheese then he turns into a Democrat. One of the biggest hypocrites in Congress.

So he shouldn’t be representing his district and fighting to make sure their tax dollars go towards something that benefits them? Not sure the point you’re trying to make here.
At the height of Covid hysteria in 2020 and everyone wanted to pass the trillion dollar CARES Act without even a recorded vote, Massie was the lone person who opposed it and warned that inflation was on the way. And he was damn right.

If you don’t think Trump will cave on Ukraine funding and big spending you are mistaken.
Having a somewhat principled speaker will help. Johnson is awful. Trump should have learned his lesson with Ryan, it appears he didn’t.

I have no doubt we will continue spending money and sending aid to Ukraine. Only fools think otherwise.

You aren't going to get better. The numbers aren't there. Its not real life.

Massie is the best thing since Ron Paul. I love a principled man that can’t be swayed. Wish we had more like him.

Yes they do. Because no matter how much people agree with Massive, who is the person we need and will get voted in? Massie and Roy know there isn't anyone at the moment, so it's just grand standing. Which is fine, but what will people say when either or both end up voting for him?

So what do you get when you have 434 other members of Congress and 100 Senators doing the same for their constituents?
How about instead of spending that money like drunken sailors, they cut the spending and let those constituents just keep more of their money?

Let’s not and pretend that we did…

Love principled men who call everyone who supports Trump a cultist then claim they voted for the cult leader.
