It will be 4 years of lawsuits against Trump admin. Even $hit they have no legal standing to bring, they will bring it and judges will hear it just to stall.

Not that I know anything about Argentinian govt...but I doubt Trump has the power or political capital to gut the budget like Milei did

He could declare some things as a national security issue which would take it outside the purview of the court system, but that is the nuclear option.
shite would truly hit the fan if he did this, and it probably needs to be done, but it would get ugly quick.

Just appeal and continue doing what he wants until it reaches scotus. By the time it does it'll be too late and show the purpose/benefit isn't what the lefties are complaining about.

We'll see. I recall Trump couldn't get $5 billion for a portion of wall building. Joe continues this much as a tip that little, dancing fig and no one even bats an eye. And it will get worse as we approach the inauguration.
