-Call cops get report
-Call insurance and make the claim and give them license info
-Let your insurance go after them to get your deductible back and other damages
If you feel spicy I guess you could get info on license, visit address see if car is there and make sure there’s no cameras and pop some tires or frick with the car…but is that level of petty worth the risk of if you get caught? Probably not.
