Covington, LA UPS Delivery Center: Anyone know where it is?

Long story short: UPS is thoroughly screwing up an order. The order must be delivered to an FFL.
I have tried to call them, but of course I reach someone who sounds like they just learned English and doesn't understand how to think outside the box (not reading directly from their provided, written responses).
I Googled UPS in Covington and only see CVS and other drop off locations, except one location on Ronald Reagan Hwy that is listed as permanently closed. Their tracking site clearly states that the package was accepted and loaded once in Covington, though. Well...where is that? I'd like to go there to discuss the situation, but where on Earth (in Covington) are they?

same issue here, but FedEx. it was actually showing on the map on 12/24 1 block from my house. never arrived. now it has no date, no address where its located. just says we'll update this with a date when we can.

On 190 east of covington high. Look on Google maps.

Go straight up 190 and make a left onto Ronald Reagan Hwy. it’s about a half mile down on the left.

It is shipped to the FFL. They tried to deliver on the 23rd, which is a Monday and the business is closed. 24th...25th....UPS doesn't deliver on the 26th...so I was then expecting them to deliver today. Well, their system updated this morning to Jan 13th. Wtf???? It's in Covington. It needs to be delivered to Madisonville. Put it on a truck and deliver it, right? To make things worse, the 13th is a Monday.....they're not open!

As an fyi - There was a news article on that center having big issues right before the holiday. Understaffed etc…

In my experience, these shipping centers usually have a customer area where you can pick stuff up
I've had packages held at distribution centers before at my request

They have an office there where you can ship/pick stuff up.
Service is very hit/miss, but for certain items you have to go there.

The UPS employees who reported that location closed so that people like OP will stop showing up there are going to be pissed at this thread.
