Air Force vet turned TikTok influencer Jerry Doran says Trump will be stopped on Dec 20th due to Executive Order 13848.
If that doesn’t happen, 11 million Americans will storm DC on January 20 and demand that Trump be stopped.
“The 3% rule states that if you have 3% of a group of people's population, 3% of a particular population, if they gather en mass, they can change everything.”
The “3.5% rule” refers to the claim that no government has withstood a challenge of 3.5% of their population mobilized against it during a peak event.
