Will there ever be a college basketball game?

I would think this would be pretty easy. Copy paste nba 2k gameplay put the college stuff on it with great franchise and dynasty. Done

No doubt. I won't be surprised if we start getting NIL-backed DLC in college sports video games.
Like "buy [player's] celebration, 50% goes to him." Something like that.
Gonna get Alabama-themed "LANK" gear for fans in the stands with a portion going to "Yea! Alabama."

I dont think this is true. The college basketball game is what killed all college sports games, when the Obannon brothers from UCLA sued.

It was because college baseball is awesome, but it also was incredibly bare bones outside of the park creator. Each team only had two uniforms and LSU in one of the games (07 I think) had the toonces logo on its hat instead of the traditional staircase logo.

I miss playing March Madness on the PS2. LSU playing a non-con schedule that consisted of Duke, Kansas, North Carolina, Indiana, Texas, Villanova, throw in the occasional Wake Forest, Syracuse, UCONN, and Illinois.
SEC play was boring as hell after that. lol

The greatest franchise/dynasty mode of all-time. MF had me out there following the career trajectory of 3* 8th grade centers
