It feels like we all knew the former stuntwoman was getting indicted for 5+ years at this point. I wonder why this took so long.

Guess we won’t be seeing any more Ring the King commercials.

Yeah. tbh I thought she was indicted years ago.

What bothers me most is how she flaunts it. Saw her in Court a few months ago with some red bottoms, acting as cocky and confident as ever.

Giles I don't know personally, but had a case with him as lead counsel and boy did he make the other attorney on the case's life miserable.

ETA: Oh god I didn't know Ciolino was representing her of course he is.

I think this is perfect timing with the New York CEO assassination. The amount of fraud and deception involved with all types of insurance is out of control and needs to addressed. The common tax paying American foots the bill for all this non sense and the government does nothing to help.

The O-T never fails with news.

Does anyone have a copy of the indictment?

At times when this story popped up I did too and when I saw she hadn't I had to go edit some posts for lawsuit-avoidance purposes

Her website still being up is pretty hardcore flexing, especially with that pay-for-play badge for being a "trucking attorney".

I wonder how long it takes the Supreme Court to issue an emergency suspension. We had a local attorney arrested for allegedly sneaking drugs and weapons into a jail and it took a few months until that came down for him.

One of the chicks that works for gordon had her license suspended for 6 months for a non intentional documentation error where clients got mixed up

Yet this chick has still been practicing law

The main cooperating co-conspirator was murdered. It put a little dent in the prosecution of this case.

They're insane. Just the audacity to have all of those up. "Litigator of the year" in 2023 cracks me up.

Yeah I know her. Clearly an accident and they dropped the hammer on her. One of the justices even dissented and rejected the discipline as too lenient.

No idea on her. Did you read the article? Apparently they may have offered Cornelius Garrison money to leave the country? And then he was subsequently murdered?
