Boise State as 4 seed is horseshite

Both Iowa St. and Arizona St. are 10-2 teams that have played and beaten multiple top 25 teams. Arizona St. beat 3 top 16 teams, Iowa St. beat 2 top 25 teams. They are ranked 15 and 16 and one will add another today.
Boise beat 1. Last night is their only ranked win. The only other ranked team they played was Oregon who they lost to.
Nobody is talking about this. Why is everyone just ok with slotting Boise St. into a top 4 spot with a bye?

Both lost to numerous unranked teams. Boise has one loss and lost by three points on the road to the unanimous number one.
Big 12 is a fitting name since they’ll get the 12 seed this season.

Just playing Devil’s advocate. Do I think they are top 4? Absolutely not, but that one loss was a 3 point loss I believe to the undefeated #1 team in the country.
