I use it a bunch because of the lower salt content. I've used their original, Tac-O, Chipotle, Cheesoning, SEA-soning and Preem O. They've all been good.

I use Heath Riles Chicken rub and garlic butter. I use Malcolm Reed's BBQ/hot BBQ rub and have a few meat church rubs that I occasionally use.
I've made my own before but have gotten increasingly lazy and prefer the convenience. Never tried Dan-Os because my facebook feed has been spammed with his videos and now I hate him.

Dude makes some truly awful recipes on social media
I refuse to try it based solely off his videos. It's also expensive for what it is

I got the OG, I don't care for it.
Its really easy to make your own and much cheaper.
Off the shelve seasoning I like Poppa Earles.
If i make it myself i use the Tony Chacheries Recipe with 1/3 of the salt and double to garlic. Everything else the same. Recipe calls for garlic and onion powder, I use granulated garlic and onion.

Whats the point? I've seen his videos and he puts a bottle of it in/on everything. If you have to put that damn much I'll just keep sprinkling my Tony's when I cook.

It seems using the OG Dan O’s seasoning, I have to use a lot of it to get much flavor. Has anyone else experienced this? I do really like the Cheesing one. I want to try the spicy one next.

I use a lot of the Kinder’s season blends.

Tried regular, spicy and chipotle. They are all pretty dog poo. There is a random strong herb in the seasoning that I am not a fan of.
But chipotle aint too bad if I’m doing some shrimp tacos or something. Puts a good color on the sear

It’s not amazing, but the spicy is good on chicken breast.

I think it’s Rosemary he uses in all his seasonings.
