Before I talk about the correlations there are political styles that flat out suck.
Britain would appease Germany and basically let them take over the countries they wanted until he came to be PM. Germany knew Churchill was going to be a problem.
Reminds me of today and Russia. Obama tried the diplomatic approach with Crimea and failed. Trump came in and they stopped. Biden/Obama came back and they took the Donbass region. Come to think of it the Diplomatic approach has yet to work so why the frick try. I know we shouldn't resort to violence first but history has the answers to those who take a passive approach.

It's the opposite. In this example Nato would be Germany moving east and thinking they could get a Nato base in Crimea. Putin finally stepping up.

John Meachum, W, a bunch of wokesters, and other rando ‘experts’: these are the commentators chosen to elucidate and opine in this doc.
Just seems like they could have thrown in a few serious historians who weren’t going to implicitly give us the old saw paralleling this history into ‘Trump is just like Hitler’!
TLDR: This doc was made before Trump was re-elected and is clouded by a woke POV. Too bad because Churchill is truly a titan in human history…

It’s on Netflix. 4 parts, each an hour long. I’ve watched the first two parts. I’ll finish it this weekend. So far it’s okay; pretty basic overview of his early life and wartime leadership . Most enjoyable part for me has been the use of AI to use Churchill’s voice to quote excerpts from his books and personal letters. It’s called “Churchill at War.” I like the guy they are using as Churchill in the recreations.

The best portrayal of Churchill I've seen is Albert Finney in The Gathering Storm. Awesome HBO movie from 2002.

Western studies in college seemed to lean heavily toward the Marxist view of society by the faculty. I can see it is still going forward and being more accepted as The Way.

the far left anti white propaganda is being pushed by secular folks of all denominations, and has nothing to do with religion. It's blossomed from academia, and a high percentage of Jews are college educated. Second generation Asians skew extremely liberal as well, for the same reasons.
Practicing and religious Jews are overwhelmingly conservative.

You realize that our university systems were compromised in the early 50’s by those brought to America largely from the USSR, right?
Also, the Bolshevik Revolution of 1917 was largely fueled by Jewish intellectuals such as Trotsky, Lev Kamenev, and others.
Hell, even Karl Marx, the founder of Marxism/Communism was Jewish. It’s an interesting coincidence.
