It has been a trend in society to equate monetary success with intelligence, but to my knowledge intelligence can be a factor, but is neither a guaranteed factor nor a deciding factor.
Many highly intelligent people have died poor and many very dumb people have died wealthy.

My brother in Christ, I am here to tell you that it is very much possible to be rich and stupid.
If there were a true causality between merit and money, then someone like Einstein or Tesla or Pasteur would be the richest man in the history of the world + D1 athletes wouldn’t make more than professors.
And if my daddy had owned an emerald mine, moved us to NYC, and gave me some emeralds to play with… I’d probably have a lot of money too lmao.
Would I be the richest man in the world? Probably not, never something I aspired to be.
You have a warped view of wealth, but not singling you out — most here do.
