Louis Bourgeois states that it took two years to initiate the alternate uniforms.

This was painful to watch.
Mentioned that we have the most iconic traditional uniforms.
It took two years of whatever conversations to make the WGW uni happen. ****
States that he is a traditionalist.
But it is out of his hands.
At the end of the Vandy game, Kelly told the players to turn in their yellow jerseys. They moaned about it.
Then he said, “you know what, never mind, keep the fricking yellow jerseys.”
****This probably means that the backlash from the five different abominations that happened this year won’t take hold until about 2027.
Nike and whomever @LSU that profits from Nike probably already have agreements that bind until that time.
Expect to see more brand-cancelling jerseys and ventures away from the uniforms we won championships in for a while.

Let the players do it once or twice a year for a non-conference game against a shite opponent. The rest of the year, go with the traditional white jersey uniform.

They can change the colors on them as much as they want, wherever they want, as long as they're purple, gold, and white, and they look like LSU uniforms. We may not all like it, but at least we can tell who is playing.

we wore them at home too.
The gold jerseys weren’t my favorite but they looked way better on the field than I expected.

This. Everyone loves the white-purple-white. First thing i think of when i see it is losing to Troy, but thats the type of game it should be worn in. All white grew on me but should also be a non conference uniform. Gold-white-white is just dumb.
Next year wear the gold-purple-gold vs SELA, the all white vs WKU. Maybe all white or everyone’s beloved white-purple-white vs La Tech.
The alternates aren’t all bad, they just shouldn’t be worn for big games especially at home.

That yellow was the worst. I've seen yellow on white and it looked good years ago. They were well designed, but these were pathetic.

The all whites vs A&M and Arky were fresh. Keep those for sure.
