These cucks won’t ram through Trumps. nominees. The Dems put. Tranny in charge of,kids health at HHS. They had a tranny that stole clothes and shoplifted running something having to do with our nuclear programs, they approved several commies to work at Dept of State and DOJ. Pete Hegseth likes beer and pussy, so he is not qualified. Let’s not even get started on Hunter hanging out with dad and advising him at the White House. I am afraid they would collapse the country before doing the will of the people.

Ask yourself. What are they fighting for? Who do they represent?

The only thing citizens can do to reverse the direction of this nation is refuse to pay taxes. Our government is corrupt to the bone on both sides of the aisle.

I hope Hegseth doesn't step away like Gatz did. I want all those Senate Rinos to be on record so they can be primaried. Its sickening to see them vote for people like Garland and all the crazies Biden nominated but refuse to vote for the ones dedicated to change that Trump wants.

Its time for a truck load of recess appointments.

Why do we expect them to ram anything through? The sooner y’all accept that the MAGA party and the Republican Party are not the same, but 2 separate parties with a common enemy (sometimes), the happier you’ll be.

Not at all

I have not referred to myself as Republican in decades - I say only that I am conservative.

I maintain a GOP registration so I can vote in their primary. There is zero hope in the Democrat party and I refuse to watch from the sidelines by registering as independent or something else.

But the GOPe is corrupt - not evil to the extent of DEMs, but just as bad politically.

The real deplorables. The antithesis of nobility. These are the modern day versions of the politicians that raped William Wallaces wife on her wedding day.

Stop electing corrupt and/or corruptible pieces of shite into Congress is how to reverse it.

This is 100% the very last opportunity we have to save this country from becoming Venezuela so hopefully Elon and others take an aggressive approach to these sellout GOPers.

If Trump fricks this up, we're cooked.

yes, they do.

Having said that I, personally, have no problem with them following the process laid out constitutionally and fullfilling their duty of 'advise and consent'. Seperation of powers and checks/balances are important. So "ramming through" Trumps selections shouldn't be their objective.

HOWEVER...
GumboPot is right.

This is a poltical game and if they cite 'duty' it is a cloak or cover. Duty is not why they take any particular position and the facts about Biden's cast of circus characters getting through no problem is the empirical evidence.

And... 'Advise & Consent' is NOT approval where 'approval' includes the Senate agreeing with political positions. 'Consent' stops at capability to do the job. The President holds the right here. For the Senate to delve into political positions is an overreach, violates the rights of the office of the President, and limits the President's prerogative that that position is nominated to execute the will (and thus political positions) of the President... not the Senate.

Yep, MAGA will dissipate over time. In
2028 the race will be regular GOP
versus regular Dem. A welcome return to rationality.
