The committee gets to use whatever narrative it wants for Alabama at any given time just based on their name and “potential”. Not saying they don’t deserve to be in, just that if there’s a tie it always goes to them

I’m not for Alabama being in, but white-knighting for South Carolina is an interesting choice. Bama beat South Carolina and they’re both 9-3.
Ole Miss is the one getting hosed considering they beat Georgia and housed South Carolina in its home field. I say that acknowledging Ole Miss lost to Kentucky at home and at Florida. But everyone with 3 losses has 1 or 2 them that are bad.
