26 deaths a year to 1598 deaths in one year alone???

Clearly something’s up. I wonder what it could be.

Ok. Is this yet another jab topic?

If so, you know where this should go.

Considering the population of this country has more than doubled since 1950 and you have more kids playing sports than ever and that will give you the increase. I’m sure the reporting in 1950 is far from accurate also.

I’d say it’s actually gone down all things considered. So I doubt the clot shot had anything to do with what you have posted.

Because if it’s on the PT then it magically doesn’t affect you if you don’t read it.

It isn’t since 1950. It’s a fifty year span from 1970-2020

It's a damn shame so many people were talked into taking that fake vaccine.

These are not “statistics.” These are made up numbers.

Is there actual scientific data to back this up, or should I just take SaltyGoat's word and roll with it?

In a nationwide review of records examining the incidence and causes of sudden cardiac death among college student athletes competing in NCAA sports between 2002 and 2022, researchers noted an overall decrease in the incidence of sudden cardiac death but persistently high rates of sudden cardiac death for specific subgroups of athletes.

From the American Heart Association

quote:

Sudden cardiac arrest among young athletes is a low-probability, high-impact event. Roughly one in 50,000 to one in 80,000 young athletes will die each year of sudden cardiac arrest, says Dr. Muhammad Aftab, a heart surgeon at UCHealth University of Colorado Hospital. It is the leading cause of exercise-related death in young competitive athletes, accounting for 75% of fatalities during sports or exercise. That risk is far lower than the one-in-1,000 odds of sudden cardiac arrest across the broader U.S. population. But given their youth and high levels of fitness generally correlated with healthy hearts, it comes as a shock sudden cardiac arrest strikes a young, seemingly health athlete.

You think the number of participating athletes hasn’t significantly increased since 1970?

It would be a lot easier to get worked up over this if there was sound data to back it up.

On the surface this seems incredibly made up.

Of course there isn't. The year they are talking about they started including 58 year old men playing soccer at a local park, head trauma during a soccer game, and off-field drug ODs and suicides.

LSUGayPride87 will be right along to tell you that the clot shot is perfectly fine and none of the 47 boosters that they/them have received has caused any issues.
