Turkey and fixings was good but time for a change , went with Fish en Papillote



Fresh spinach, sweet onions, speckled trout, squash, zucchini, fresh garlic, multi color peppers, caperss, lemon juice and butter

I smoked a turkey. I have a big family and I got assigned ham duty for Thanksgiving this year. I had to get my smoked turkey in though.
