I'm never satisfied with most recipes that I find online. They are usually bland. Please share if you have a good one.

The first post on this forum takes you the compiled recipes collected from the site over the years. Lots to look at there.

Not everyone believes that the Pope is infallible or second to God.

You clearly don't understand "infallibility", "doctrine" or the Catholic Church.

Recipe - first, you make the Sign of the Cross, then you make a roux and add some Trinity. Where you go from there is up to you.

The first link to Part 1 took me to MediaFire Pro and wanted me to upgrade or something. I clicked on the download in the small box to get the recipe book. I did it 4 different times and each time, it took me to an ad and not to the book. The 5th time was the charm and I finally got the book to download. I had this issue before and just stopped trying, but I kept at it this time.

Considering they type of people that are posting here that are trolling, and mobbing the forum, I wouldn't trust anything that requires me to click and download anything. You would be a fool to do that.

It'll probably put a virus on my computer courtesy the Russian troll farm. Most of these people aren't even from Louisiana. Now they are following my from thread to thread harassing me and downvoting any comment.

20 downvotes to the last comment I posted should make anyone suspicions about the trolls posting here. Reddit is even worse. You will get 300 downvotes in 5 seconds if you question the propaganda masters on the board.

The recipe book links are good. There are tried and true recipes. If the links were bad, Chicken wouldn’t allow the thread to be stickied. It’s been stickied for many years. Your loss.

He's such a troll... I tried calling him out but my post was deleted as was his response to me. He's somehow figured out exactly how to push my buttons... I swear it's like he's my older brother.

I just got a few old Plaquemines Parish Orange Festival cookbooks from my grandma at Thanksgiving. It has Mrs LeBoeuf's Orange Velvet Cake and her Oyster Patties. Gonna get these book scanned and uploaded when I have some free time.

Had some of her red velvet while I was down. That damn cake is the stuff of dreams. Wish I got some of her rum cake too, that is also damn good.

Here is a cookbook with plenty of recipes to choose from. I'll tell you what pages 6 - 48 have recipes. Tell me a page & I will put a screen shot up of it. But you have to promise to make 1 of them and tell the board how you liked it.

That crackling bread sounds delicious. I’m going for it.
