Frozen burgers are easy but have no taste.
Can you make 30 patties, package them up and put them on ice?

Dude it takes no time for fresh burgers to be prepped and made. Stop being lazy.

30 burgers 1/4 lb ea = 7.5 lbs ground meat.
get 10 lbs in 1lb hunks or buy the meat in a tube
dump each hunk on a board and cut 4 ways with a board scraper. Wrap each smaller hunk in plastic wrap
if tube o’ meat, slice each tube into 1/2 “ slices, same
I assume you can take it from there

I’ve gotten a case of fresh burgers from the local meat market and toss that on the grill. Hamburgers have to be the easiest thing to cook for guests. Shouldn’t take long to to cook 30-40 burgers

Is this a little propane grill or regular size? Gonna suck on a little one and cookoing will be uneven.

As far as the cook goes, I would make a large fire and cook them all indirect for 10-15 mins and then finish them directly over the fire as needed in batches to get a sear. That way you can have all the burgers 2 mins or so away from serving when needed.

IF you wanna knock it out the park, go buy the fresh patties from Tramonte's on Jefferson.
Rousse's has good fresh patties also.

Frozen are easier. Fresh are better.
Not sure what you're looking for.

Rouses has a $10 pack of 8 preformed patties. Season them how you like and throw them on the grill, easy peasy. Don't do frozen.

Get the 1/3 lb angus patties (frozen) from Sam's. Cook them until they contract in size then pull them off. You will get undeserved compliments.

Ate at the one in Vegas, possibly the best burger I've had. Scott Slater, a Southern California native, was inspired to create the 50/50 patty while attending college. He would barbecue gourmet food at tailgating parties, and during one game, he convinced a butcher to grind several pounds of bacon so he could grill an all-bacon patty.
Half ground beef, half ground bacon.

So what do you need from us?
Get meat, heat grill and cook your burgers!
You will need 8-10 pounds of ground beef, and a lot of salt n pepper.

I’d just go pick up 30 frozen burgers from Hebert’s Specialty Meats

I’ve never used frozen burger patties, always used fresh.
Doesn’t take long to divvy up fresh ground meat into 1/4 or 1/3 lb patties ahead of time. Leave them rolled into a ball, put in ziplock bags on ice, flatten them when you go to grill.

Get your local meat market to press and package thirty patties.
