While I agree with you, it's 4 years away from the next election. Someone will emerge in the rank and file. The next candidate is going to have to be able to steer the party back more towards the middle. They've gone way too far off the deep end. Their policies and the things they focus on are horrendous.

In all honesty, it won't be her. She can be moronic as she is and win the Governor seat in California with ease, leaving everyone else in that field for 2028. Sane people would probably pick Shapiro or KY governor, but Newsom will probably have the money from the power donors.
