The coming administration is the first in a long time that are not only *not* warhawks, but are openly speaking about ending proxy wars. This has the defense industry and the Dems and Republicans they own up in arms (literally) wanting to not stop the gravy train.

One way to try to keep the war machine spending going is to ramp up hostilities wherever possible before January 20th.

Anything to inhibit Trump's ability to enact his agenda and MAGA. They're going to try and burn this mf'er down on the way out and leave a mess to clean up. It's what they do.

But it IS true that he doesn't know what he's doing when it comes to leaders like Putin or Xi or Kim Jong Un or the new leader of Iran.

Biden has made an entire career in an environment in which what you do doesn't matter...only what you say.

Those guys operate 180 degrees opposite. They say all kinds of stuff that they know is BS (and they figure everyone else does too). What matters to them is what someone does.

So if I'm wrong and Putin does come back hard like that it won't be because the Democrats were deliberate about provoking it. It will be because they're too stupid to know better.
