I am glad Trump's right hand man recognizes the morally corrupt individuals going to the grocery store and gym while on the clock. I can't wait for Elon Musk to take a hammer to WFH in the private and federal workforce. Elon will make working in the office great again

I love Elon.

He’s wrong here. Not everyone can afford childcare for the 7 or w/e kids he has.

I completely disagree. There are certain jobs that 100% do not require a physical office for everyone.

I wonder what he thinks about people hiding in a closet constantly scrolling social media, and posting on a message board 200 times a day while their "patients" die?

Why would Elon be able to affect wfh for private companies?

He can only make recommendations and those won't come for 2 years. With litigation only about 10% of what they recommend will happen. You will get a hiring freeze for 2 years of Trump admin except in areas of Border Patrol and other agencies related to Nat Security.

Morally wrong for government jobs.

If the private sector wants to offer wfh, who is the government to stop them?

This sounds like someone that is jealous of people that get to WFH.

I understand maybe expecting the federal workforce to actually go into work, but the private sector?

Completely agreed. Those people should be allowed to WFH if they do their part, they just shouldn’t be respected

I don't understand why the decision can't be made by the employer. If you're really good and hard to replace you should negotiate for staying at home. If you can be replaced by someone else you should be fired. Not every worker is of equal value.

Incorrect, if you are on the clock running groceries and to the gym. I don't care if it's private or federal, it has to be eliminated

How's he going to take a hammer to WFH in the non-Federal government sector, other than Tweeter and Tesla, or any other company he owns?
