I think its leaving money on the table but many lawn company or business in general dont bother with internet stuff. I know of people who only grew via wom and got so big they dont need any marketing at all.

I had good luck with EDDM and door hangers. I paid a guy to hang them for me and I have zero internet or other marketing.

paid about 600 or so for EDDM (800 mail pieces) and got 3 clients and paid 175 for the guy to pass out my door hangers and picked up another 4 that way. irrc I paid 200 or 300 for 500 door hangers. I also have started to get approached while im working from other homeowners that I'm guessing have seen me over the years. ive picked up 4 new clients that way too.

I don't know my CAC off hand but I didn't make all of my money back until this past week. I only "work" 4 days a month though

The chuck with a truck offering 30 buck lawns is also not calling clients back or doing as good as a job as you are. The common complaints I hear are not keep a schedule and being hard to communicate with.

You still need to account for churn though and clients will let you go for whatever reason. It could be price or maybe they don't like the way you weed eat. It doesn't matter unless you keep getting the same complaints over and over.

Not gonna lie I enjoy the process. Sometimes I don't want to rush getting done and instead take my time working alone on things. I do think ceramic coating is the way to go though.

you are at the very edge of a deep rabbit hole. Not all soaps are the same and not all products are the same. Best thing you can do is stay away from car washes with the brushes since they can scratch the paint. You can go crazy with ceramic coat or with a nice wax every few months. I prefer waxing myself but if you are busy ceramic last longer.

at 10 a gram its worth 17k but the more you buy the cheaper it is.
