The Return of the Rockets

The Houston Rockets are currently back where the MSB loves them most. Jostling at the top of the Western conference. Currently 10-4 with one of the most difficult schedules in the league, the young core is looking PROMISING.
But unlike Rockets teams of the past, you are going to have a difficult time hating these guys. Hustle and defense is the priority in Houston. Some streaky offensive players. But maybe no scarier defensive combo in the backcourt than the two-headed monster of Tari Eason and Amen Thompson. When the Terror Twins check in, your guards start turning the ball over.
It’s early in a tough Western Conference, but I’m looking forward to the potential of some Rockets playoff basketball on the MSB.

Seems so. We obviously have a ton of assets with so much young talent and still more picks (thanks James Harden). But this team is lacking in shooting, so it seems that we would prefer a super star shooter to Giannis. But not sure who that could be.

Sheppard living up to his draft status would really help.

Tari Eason is a super sub. His stats this year are great. Making an impact everywhere.

Sheppard went 4/5 from three last night, but the Bulls are bad. It’s all about if he can be comfortable getting his shot off.
I think the perfect star to add to this team in the next couple years would be Booker if the Suns implode.
I also don’t like the Giannis rumors because Amen Thompson cannot be on the floor with Giannis (same weaknesses on offense), and he is my favorite Rocket at the moment.
