Is LL Bean still a good brand? Would like other suggestions as well.

Birddogs are the best by far

LLBean is still good. I have a couple of Oxford shirts that I wear to work that are stellar shirts. I ordered a couple of more yesterday.

Patagucci is always the answer.

I like the Orvis quarter zips

I have several of the Under Armour dry fit quarter zips. Would recommend for casual wear.

I miss finding Greg Norman stuff marked down to like $10 at Stein Mart. I hate that Covid killed that store.

LL Bean is still excellent, as is Orvis. Orvis, however, is gonna be pricey enough to make LL Bean look like a bargain brand.
I will certainly say the Orvis fleece pullovers are worth the price if you have cold weather. A few of us PMs and estimators are heading out to Bozeman, MT this Friday to spend about five days fly fishing the Yellowstone, the Madison, and the Gallatin as well as a few creeks in between. I'll definitely be wearing my Orvis pullovers and just smiling as everyone else shivers their asses off.

I’d look at meriwool.
I wear it all the time when it drops below 60
