Should we give Kelly an extension?

We need to keep this recruiting class and with the losing streak we are on some people are calling for Kelly’s head. Should Scott extend Kelly’s contract as a show of support? Kelly is the best coach maybe in college football and we could never get anyone better so might as well lock him up for longer.

Absolutely not. He deserves to try and work this out, and coach this great class he's got coming in. The program was in shambles from a roster standpoint after Orgeron, and Kelly has had his work cut out out for him to build it back up. But he's got to show something special next year. He should only be extended if he wins the SEC.
