If I was them, I would do the same thing to offer a better life for my family. I would do whatever it took to get my family out of a shitehole country and to the USA. This is something I admire about many that make the sacrifice to get to the USA.

The real criminals in this situation are the bureaucrats that have allowed this to happen, giving the illegal's incentive to come, while refusing to enforce the laws of our country.

Illegals need to go back, but the people directly responsible for this situation by refusing to enforce the laws, governing sanctuary cities and opening purse strings to those that come should be indicted.

I will they can be blamed and business and gov can be blamed with them.

They break the law coming here illegally when we have a legal path.

They commit murder and rape, they need to be blamed.

They depress the wages of our low income people, they steal homes and benefits from our most vulnerable people.

Agree, but I would do the same thing if I were them because it has always been allowed by our corrupt government. That is my point.

That is a pretty strong blanket statement. Some do, the high majority do not.

I agree, but this is a government problem that allows this to happen to the detriment of the American worker and citizen. At the end of the day, people, legal or illegal, will typically do what authority allows and our government is corrupt to its core and in many cases chooses illegals over citizens.

I don't think the OP is talking about the criminals, but the honest ones that are sincerely looking for a better life. I also understand that all of the came at the invitation of the Biden administration.
That being said, it was against federal law and is overwhelming our towns and cities.
America must put itself first and correct the mistake Biden committed.
While it's not fair that illegals were told one thing for 3 years and now being told something else,
that's life. "Gotta go back"

The irony of it all is the Dems wanted open borders in order to tilt the demographic scales when it comes to voting in the near future but the Hispanics who are here legally and able to vote shut the door in the face of the Dems and their sinister plan to flood the voter roles. By Trump making a huge deal, rightfully so, of the open borders all of the illegal flooding is now going to have to go back, hopefully, to where their numbers will be rather insignificant at the voting booth in the near future.

I just wonder with the flood of illegals that will now have to go back, just how much money have the Dems cost this country by letting them in and now we're going to spend even more money to get them out? That is a sum total of money that we will never know.

I don’t either. I actually work with a guy who came here illegally when he was a kid from Mexico. In 8 years he went to school, learned the language, got citizenship, became a physical therapist assistant, and the guy works his arse off seeing more patients than any of the other lazy arse zoomers in our department.

Prior to Joes big immigration push, it was pretty much self regulating. They went back and forth depending on jobs

They are pawns in the game. But deep inside, they knew they were following Communists. Time to clean house ......the survival of our hospitals and communities are at stake ......The survival of our country is at stake .....

And they were coming here to work. The Soros and Catholic "charities" are actively recruiting the unemployable dregs of Latin America and coaching them to ask for asylum and sign up for government benefits. Today's illegals are largely not the hard-working illegals of days gone by. Those "charities" are the true villains.

That was the most beautiful thing to witness in this election, and they did so at the expense of their black voting base who really got hurt by the strategy. The democrat party is on life support, and if they continue denying the root causes, they may find even more of their voting base being absorbed by the republicans.

I appreciate your perspective but I have mixed emotions.
Yea, you can't blame them for taking advantage of a situation created by the Democrats but not matter how you spin it they are infiltrators and they know it.

So you’ll never blame the MS-13 gang banger coming up here to stir up shite?
Or the a-hole from Venezuela that murdered Laken Riley?

You sound like a bleeding heart

If it ever could happen (fantasy world or not) that we truly crack down on illegal border crossing, I believe we could then reassess our LEGAL immigration policies and practices. I'm not saying they're wrong or outdated. I'm just saying you could help more law-abiding people that truly want to have a better life and contribute to society. But what has taken place over the last 4+ years has made this impossible.

OP literally said “not the criminals”…
You sound like the Fine People hoaxers. Out of 12M illegals there are plenty of criminals that need to be deported .. but there are plenty more that are just coming for better opportunities. I know multiple guys that came here illegally as children and completely assimilated, worked their tails off to become citizens, and who are 100% MAGA.

I don't disagree, I am just saying I would do the same thing to give my family a better opportunity and a better life.

I think most people with a family would sacrifice just about anything to make their kids lives better including entering the USA illegally if that was my best option to help my family.

There are LITERALLY more than 12 million illegals…
You getting your numbers from MSNBC? Try 30.
You sound like a liberal trying to jump on the Trump bandwagon and subvert the opportunity from within.

I don’t give AF about the illegals. OP doesn’t either. He’s trying to reverse virtue signal from a civic nationalist perspective. Frick the illegals.
How about we just for once put our NATURAL BORN first?
No inches given.
