Nuss has single-handedly spotted more touchdowns to opposing teams than any other QB we’ve had since Etling. Not even Max Johnson had stats as terrible as Nuss does.

If we had a competent QB with a high enough IQ, these past games would have been closer and we would have had a much better shot at winning them.

Kelly’s decision to keep him in, even when he shits the bed, has screwed this team more than lack of talent and playcalling. He’s a major liability and should never see the field ever again.

It’s crazy how many times this year the LSU defense finally does something to get momentum and the very next play is a Nuss turnover

Yeah Rickie Collins will come in and make Chester & Mubenga good.

I don’t agree with the way the defense quit tonight, but I certainly understand.

They would at least respect him running, and maybe he'll protect the ball

Not only that there was no reason to leave NUSS in the game at the end. That garbage TD didnt accomplish anything and NUSS was limping at the end. Damn stupid move by BK.

I mean…there isn’t any true alternative. The QB room isn’t good right now.

He limps every time he gets hit. I wouldn’t put much into it

The team is not good. They consistently physically out matched.

Nuss is the best option at this point. Unfortunately he does not fit the scheme. He has arm talent and can get it to the WR. This system needs a mobile QB. The play calling could be better too. Too many swing passes that go for no yards or less. Redzone playcalling is trash with runs up the middle any competent DC cab spot.

Underwood coming here will be a better option to run this system. Nuss needs to go pro.

That’s the point man, and based on previous games he is apparently #2

Then BK's recruiting and development is a problem because Nuss has 6 turnovers in his last 8 quarters. And if our backup is so bad that we don't even consider him with how Nuss is playing right now, that's really bad.

Mostly all true I think, but Nuss' accuracy has taken a major nosedive in the recent games. He only had a couple of decent passes tonight. Everything else was bad or nearly picked.

2 weeks to prepare for a running qb after getting run over in your last game. And he single-handedly outperformed your putrid offense. I’m no Nuss apologist but this was a massive black eye for the entire program. You can’t blame this abortion entirely on Nuss. You shouldn’t need a once in a generation qb to keep you in games. Not if you’re worth a frick as a coach
