Endorsing someone is one thing, but campaigning for them is another. If Taylor Swift was really a die hard and wanting to make a political statement, she’d have found a way to be at all those rallies. They would always float out that “special guest” crap to try to pressure her into doing one.
Not trying to defend her, but I just think she was stuck in a tough place and they decided to drop an endorsement after the debate to get them off her back and just leave it at that. Like come on, if she was really that into it, she would’ve been at the DNC and following her around like Katy Perry in 2016.
