So, they’ll fabricate an actual high rail line like in NYC, then abandon it and turn it into a retail district? Such original thinking! And, forgot to add, there should be an existing rail line.

I assume they will be be raising it up.. Everything around it might be more likely to flood or maybe they design drainage that will help with that..

That's a ton of retail and office. I mean good luck to him, I hope it's a very successful development, but I have my doubts.
Feel like there has to be some sort of residential component, a significant public amenity, or a signature tenant HQ to make it work.
