I heard this on the radio tuned to CNN... The question was... given the exit polls that people are pissed...does that align with what your seeing on the ground in Wisconsin as you spoke to people.... she then rambled about this issue.

Since it's being reported and not done under the cover of night, I'm going to presume it's because they didn't get the results they were hoping for the first time around, and are hoping against hope to get a different result somehow.
