One of two people will be president. You have to evaluate which one of the two is better, even if you don't like either one.
It sounds like he believes Harris is worse. By wasting his vote, he is actually helping to elect the worse candidate.

Ask him why is he willing to let them pack the SCOTUS, kill the filibuster so they can ram through any and all legislation they want just, and grant amnesty to all illegals so that that no Republican will ever win another national office in our lifetime; just because he doesn't like Trump?
