Born In the USA is about the bleak prospects for a Vietnam vet in the country he fought for; its not a rah rah pro usa piece by any stretch. However, if Bruce were being honest and not a hypocrit, he would certainly oppose a lot of the globalist, anti-free speech, and poor economic policies. The people he wrote about and celebrated are voting for Trump.
