What is Kamala and liberal PACs running ads in states like Louisiana at this stage?

Genuine question.
Can you guys with campaign experience explain why they’d spend a penny on ads in a solid red state like Louisiana? It seems those funds would be much better used elsewhere.

They are running ads in my red county in Florida. It says paid for by Harris for Polk . It’s a complete waste of money . If I spend money on the presidential election I would be spending it in the battle ground states

The ones I'm seeing are mostly during sporting events and are probably bought directly from the network rather than local affiliates. I would guess there's a discount for buying in bulk. I doubt if they think the SEC West is in play.

The ones in gumpville feature “Kyle, a life long republican” now voting for Harris. A little digging shows that Kyle is a contractor in Mobile needing the cheap labor to maximize his profit.
