To the best stop in Scott? Their smoked boudin is in a grocery store in waveland, Ms. The best I think I’ve ever had. Thinking about making a road trip and load up since we get 10-20 packs at a time so they always run out. Anyone know how the rest of their meats are?
Sorry for the grammar. Posting before break is over.

Thanks to everyone!!! I’ll have enough meat for a year!

Almost everything they sell is delicious. Make sure you grab a sack of fresh cracklings to snack on.

If you're coming from Waveland to Scott you have to pass thru BR. Do yourself a huge favor and stop at Ronnies on Fla Blvd. Their smoked boudin is the best in the state. Much better than best stop. Try it yourself and you won't be traveling to Scott I can promise you that.

Scott is the boudin/ specialty meat Mecca. Also hit Billy's and Kartchners while you're there.

I imagine a significant amount of people have been.

Pretty much everything they do is solid.

Its no Kartchners, but itll do.

The Best Stop

They ship if you don't feel like driving. everything is good. They've been in the game for a long time.

Go to Scott, if you plan to, and it will be a great idea to drop by at Best Stop while you’re at it! They make some of the best boudin I’ve eve had; don’t leave without the cracklings they are perfect for snacking. If you have time Billy ‘s and Karchner ‘s are also good options to consider. You'll have a feast for sure!

I’m not sure about best in the state, but the smoked boudin is damn good. It has a great kick.

By all means take the road trip and load up. Its all pretty good.

But you would be doing yourself a disservice if you came all this way and didn't try out some of the other establishments

I think its all delicious and worth it. My personal favorite is NuNu's.

Anybody buying Boudin on Florida Blvd in Baton Rouge instead of from a hole in the wall in Lafayette or Acadia parish has no idea what the hell they are talking about.

For my taste the best boudin is from Mikey’s in Estherwood. They opened one in Crowley just recently. It’s got a little more kick to it than some which is why some people don’t like it….But by God it makes the best lunch sandwich you can find!!!!
