No, but hopefully they can somehow trade both CJ and BI. Get trey healthy and hawk more minutes. This team needs a cleansing unfortunately. But we will probably do nothing and ride to 45 wins

I would be fine with trading Zion, but I want an all star guard for him. We obviously can't build around generational bigs.

Giannis
The Bucks are old and falling apart. They have no draft picks and Middleton is done. They have zero bench b/c outside of Giannis/Lillard/Middleton/Lopez/Porter/Connaughton ($174M with 6 players, which is a tax team with just those 6), they have no money to sign anyone else. Gary Trent is the only other NBA player on their team. They are in the second apron and they arent' going to win anything this year, and it's time to break it up b/c they have no means of moving off their aging pieces and adding talent to surround Giannis, nor can they get out of the tax with the current core. They have no means of getting better than they currently with Giannis, and they have a $268M salary team right now, and that number isn't going down unless they get out of the tax. They cannot sustain paying Giannis and Lillard what they are and stay out of the tax, and if they aren't even competeing for a championship, then what's the point.
Send them Zion and 2-3 firsts for Giannis. Send BI to the Jazz for Collins and 2 firsts. We'll be a tax team, and who cares.
Murray/CJ/Herb/Trey/Giannis start
Hawkins/Missi/Jose/Green off the bench

That is pure fantasy, but it is awesome and would be epic.
There is no chance the Bucks trade Giannis, unless he straight up demands it and fakes an injury. Even then, he'll want to pick his destination (probably somewhere like Miami or LA).
I love, love the idea of flipping Zion and Ingram, then building around Murphy and Jones, plus other youth. But I wouldn't want Griffin to get the opportunity for the rebuild. I want a new GM to clean house and build how he wants. So next offseason will be the time for this to happen..

Bottom line: Gotta move BI first...THEN...hand the keys over to Zion and give him a max of 2 years to show what he can do with them. IF he can learn how to play winning basketball and when he goes to the hoop, be able to constantly kick it back outside to an open 3-pt shooter when he draws the double team...then he can make everybody on the court with him a better player & he could possibly become a top 15 or so player in the NBA.
There's basically no other route for Zion becoming one of the top players in the league. He just has TOO many weaknesses in his overall game. Not the brightest bulb out there so I'm not sure he'll ever figure out just how easy it will be for him...when he's NOT facing that 2nd guy, every time he goes to the hoop. Just gotta start out by kicking it back out...time after time after time...and suddenly he'll find an amazingly easy path to the basket when teams start to adjust to cover those 3-pt shooters.
Zion should NEVER be on the court with ANY of our "big" centers. They will drastically cut Zion's effectiveness on the offensive end. It's not rocket surgery. And btw...when Zion comes off the court...he temporarily hands over the keys...to Murray.
This is the only plan I can see...assuming we keep Zion long term. Can Zion adjust his game?...Probably not...as I said...he's not the brightest bulb out there & may not be motivated to be the best player he can be...but I'm not sure we have any other option.

He's their franchise player and makes them relevant no matter what. That's pretty important. It's not all or nothing. He makes them a viable threat every night. I think they have at least one more big run with Giannis (kind of like with the Warriors and Curry a few years back). They just need a smart reset/quick build to get them there.
I'm kind of old school and like guys spending their whole career in one place. His legacy is cemented. What does another ring get him, especially as a 2nd option in a bigger market? He's better off staying put and mentoring the next generation..

I completely agree, and I would love if Giannis stays a Buck for life.
But again, explain to me how they can get better in the next 2-3 years.
Their roster is stuck where it's at, and it's not a particularly good one anymore, and they have no means to upgrade it around Giannis.
