4-6 weeks until he's "Evaluated in 2 weeks"

The fact that it’s his hand is much better than lower body. Once the hand is healed he should be able to play unlike lower body stuff where after it heals then the conditioning needs to happen to get back into game shape.

Murray seems like Val in the sense that if he is capable of playing he plays. His games played history seems to back that up.

Players today are so soft. Does a Point Guard really need two hands? His off hand nonetheless.

Well you know, the fat frick is unserious and doesn’t care about winning if he can’t play with one hand.

Am I doing it right?

Once Ochsner gets him, he’ll be out for the season

4-6 weeks is normal anytime there's a slight fracture.
It would be nice if Murray said F all of this after about 4 weeks and said, I"m ready and I'm playing.

and when i say "all of this" it's the inevitable "we'll reevaluate in 2 weeks" and the "we need to start ramping up before playing"

Are you sure he has a broken hand though? I mean he’s been a Pelican for one game and already sitting out. I don’t think he’s earned the benefit of the doubt as to whether he is injured or not.

Gotcha. I’m just saying that something like a hamstring or ankle usually means that additional work is needed once it’s healed to get back in game shape.

I guess there's a silver lining...if he misses 18 games or more.

Maybe you're right. He must have doctored the x-ray up and he's faking it so he can miss out on his $1.9M bonus.

Missed games for Murray
2024 - 4
2023 - 8
2022 - 12
2021 - 5
2020 - 6
2019 - torn ACL in preseason, out all year
2018 - 1

benefit of the doubt earned.

Yeah i saw this too. Murray seems to be of the Val mold of playing as much as he physically can.

Lower body injury, I get the need to ramp up bc they just haven’t run in 4 weeks. I assume Murray will be ensuring his legs are still good with game type cardio work while waiting on wrist to heal.

I think that you missed Soggy's sarcasm.

A few days ago, half this board was irate with Zion for getting sick and missing a game.
