Have ya'll ever found a dirty magazine out in the woods?

My son (21 years old) overheard some friends of mine discussing this phenomenon the other day. It blew his Gen Z brain that 30-40 years ago a kid would just find nudie magazines in random arse places.
I found a Hustler in an Ace hardware bathroom. Didn't take it with me. Some friends & I were fishing down at the creek & found a whole stack of 70's magazines. I remember finding a couple Penthouse's that were in a ditch behind my house. I kept those for years.
Was there some sort of bro code in the 70-90's that you didn't throw away your magazines, you just passed them along to the younger generation like a fricked up easter egg hunt?

Yep. Around 12 years old me and a friend found a hustler magazine in the woods. It was like finding a buried treasure

I did a summer high school internship at NASA. First week I was there, there was a Playboy in the men's bathroom.

We had a trail between our neighborhood and the 7-11 where we'd always find magazines in the woods. We never touched them in fear of sticky pages from whatever old man was spanking his monkey in the woods to them.

Somebody had a couple of Hustler magazines in a bucket in the woods behind our house. Had a lid on rhe bucket so they were in good shape.
We found a DVD in the ditch in front of our house. It was called "older women's sperm bank" and was just a bunch of grannies getting banged.

Yes. In a Ruritan park when I was in my early teens back in the 70s. It was a huge upgrade from the lingerie section of the Sears catalog.

I was replacing ceiling tiles in my basement last year and a Spanish version of a late 90’s Hustler magazine and a box of 1990’s condoms fell out

Under an uncle’s mattress, in the woods, in a dairy barn, at the local dump numerous times. Today’s generation knows nothing of the struggle that we had to find fap material. Most of the time a Sears catalog and a vivid imagination was the best we could muster.

some older kids had a "clubhouse" in deep in the woods behind our neighborhood. if you knew where to find it, you'd have your choice of 100s of mags.

Found a stack of penthouse in an apartment complex dumpster. My buddies fished them all out and kept the stack under a tarp in the woods behind the complex and that was the first place everyone rode their bikes after school

went to deer camp when I was 12 with my big brother and his friends who were 15

I'm confused on why they had to go out into woods. Were there more homeless people than I remember or would guys have to go out in the middle of nowhere to get enough privacy to take care of themselves?
