You can do that when you have the best defense in the NFL

Ahh so he’s purposely playing like shite because he knows his defense and head coach will bail him in out?

Spagnuolo is low key one of the five greatest defensive minds in the history of the game. Combine that with Andy Reid who’s obviously one of the greatest offensive minds ever and Patrick Mahomes and it makes the Chiefs a cheat code that’s virtually impossible to beat.

I haven’t watched every KC game. But the conspiracy about the NFL/Refs seems warranted.

QB stats in general seem way way down.

PFF's #1 QB coming into today was Brock Purdy lmao, 9 TD 7 INT. 3 of his last 4 games ~55% completion 6 INT.

They are officially in full dynasty mode. Didn't think we'd see a new Patriots dynasty so soon.

WR2 has been out all year.
WR4 hurt today as well.

Allen and Burrow are killing it so far statwise.

Allen is 12th in yards and has games of 131 yards, 180 yards, 139 yards, 215 yards. He only has one game over 300 yards.

And he's #1 QBR largely thanks to no INT's which is great but still has many bad games. Even the "top" guys stats are pedestrian this year.

Herbert only has one game over 200 yards this whole season with 3 games under 150.

Chiefs and Vikings are both where they are at because of their defenses. The Broncos are 4-3 because of their defense. The Steelers are going to make the playoffs because of their defense. The Cowboys aren't because of their defense. The Bengals aren't because of their defense.

Notice any trends here. I will grant you there is a fine line between a good defense and a team with Bo Nix as their quarterback and a good defense and Will Levis as their quarterback but good defenses win tough games on the road and in win and advance situations.

His stats aren’t great, but put the ball in his hands late in the 4th and it’s ballgame.

Yeah, this is what Tom Brady and Kevin Burkhardt were pointing out during the game yesterday. Even when his stat line is bad, he just has a knack for making crucial plays when he needs to. Yesterday it was a 33 yard scramble up the sideline and another one that comes to mind was the third down conversion where he completed a pass while falling to the ground from a tackle.

His early career was full of video game numbers, but now he's playing more complementary QB since we have an elite D and the running game is highly productive.
