He is just 5-8 over his last 13 games, including 2-7 in his last 9 conference games

Hopefully LSU sucking a juicy turd in that one doesn’t come back to haunt them.

He'll get a 4th year, but if things don't improve by then, it might be time to pull the plug.

That is a gargantuan buyout.

USC going to the Big 10 is going to be such a disaster

Time for Coach O to return to his second home

He’s got the Jimbo buyout. Can’t fire him for 2-3 more years.
Best case scenario is he pulls a Chip Kelly and Lynn takes over.

So what you're saying is that he's the new Brian Kelly?

Who would have thought you could become a multi millionaire by being a crappy football coach…..

He'll copy Kliff Kingsbury and be an OC in the NFL.

Looking more like DeBoer at this point bubba. You know Saban isn’t your coach anymore? I really don’t like Brian Kelly and I’m not high on his future here as it relates to being truly elite year in and year out, but I’d take our overrated yankee over your overrated yankee all day long

what's your definition of improvement, and more importantly, what's USC's? i mean, he was 11-3 and 8-5 in his first 2 years there. the rest of their schedule is nowhere near as difficult as the first half.
in essence, it becomes the age old conundrum of, "can we fire a guy who goes 9-3 most year, a la Bo Pellini?" USC hasn't been relevant since Carroll left, and in this new age of CFB, if they fire Riley, it may be even worse
not sure what the answer is, but I gotta believe Riley is safe for a while, unless he just COMPLETELY tanks (i.e. multiple 3-9 season), which probably won't happen

Lincoln Riley is 22-10 so far as the USC coach
Clay Helton in his first 32 games as full time HC at USC was 24-8

Didn’t USC know that this was exactly what they were getting with Lincoln Riley?

They should have.
