What do you think is the primary reason for Trump’s popularity?

Other than simply not being a democrat. To me, it’s either his opposition to the media or his stance on the border. Personally, to the extent I like him, it’s because of the media thing. But I suspect his staying power really has to do more with his border stance.

For the better part of the last decade, the regular person feels like they have a champion.
I voted for Bush, Dole, Bush, McCain and Romney. They didn’t give a shite about the things that affect the regular person.

He's not a career politican that's trying to use office to get rich. And not indebted to everyone else in Congress and big donors.

Trump doesn't represent the interests of unnamed billionaire donors. He actually represents the everyday citizens. It's refreshing to see someone who cares about me more than Raytheon or Bank of America.
