Pork belly if you haven't done it. Really easy to do with minimal effort.

Got a 36 oz cowboy cut steak on sale at Sam’s yesterday. Thing looks like it came off a dinosaur. Picked up some wild caught Japanese scallops to pair with it. Now to decide if I go with bourbon or wine for dinner.

I am heading to one of the last Bennigans in America in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan across the street from Central Michigan University. They have a bye week btw.
