Just remember a few key things:
1:Everything is a psyop.
2:The government doesn't give a shite about you.
3: It cares even less about foreign citizens.
We (including the government) are controlled by globalist banks and corporate entities. Life has a dollar amount attached to it. "Help" (from the government) always comes with strings attached.
